All orders shipped from Beauty Major (Solid Gold Beauty Supply) will not mention any words "wigs" and "hair" anywhere on the outside of the shipping package. Your shipment will be delivered discreet usually in a generic brown cardboard box and the shipping label will state: Solid Gold Beauty Supply or beautymajor.com
Please note: If shipping address differs from billing address our store reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if the shipping address cannot be verified.

Shipping Method
Our shipping system provides real-time (live) shipping rates, which means the actual shipping charges for the order are retrieved from UPS service and displayed during checkout. The cost retrieved from UPS will be added to your total price. The shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of the product(s) and geographical area where you are living.

No P.O. Boxes or FPO. We ship to APO. Sometimes, orders for some products (specially wigs or human hair) will be shipped directly from the factory, 2 - 3 business days may be delayed in this case. Please allow this extended time.
*Base rate (lb) means the shipping cost calculated on 1 pound. As weight of the product increases, the shipping cost would be increased accordingly. For example, if customers order their 7 pound products as UPS Ground from Dallas and New York , the shipping cost would be $8.50+ and $9.01+ respectively.
**The shipping cost of international order will be based on the country. Our system will caculate your shipping rate based on the Zip or Province code of your country. If you don't have or don't know your Zip or Province code, you can download Excel (CSV) document that specifies the Zip or Province code in each country. You can download this Excel (CSV) doc at Export from the U.S section in UPS site. If UPS wouldn't provide any Zip or Province code for the area where you are living, there would be no way for the delivery of the products.
