You can convert your accumulated bonus points to Gift Certificate if your bonus points have been accumulated to
100 or above. You don't have to convert your bonus points to Gift Certificate even though the bonus points you have accumulated
are 100 or above. You can keep accumulating until the bonus points can be reached to the points you are expected.
You can also convert the bonus points partially. For example, if your accumulated bonus points are 200, you can convert
110 points firt but you must wait for remaining points to be 100 or above again to convert because the remaining points
are now 90 after 110 points are converted.
The specified below are the steps how to convert your bonus points to a Gift Certificate.
- Click "Bonuses" link under Your cart section located right-upper corner.
- You'll be directed to "Authentication" page requring Login and Password.
- Enter your user name (Login) and Password created when you checked out the products or reqistered
to access your account.
- You can see 3 titles (Earned bonus points / Minimum allowed amount of bonus points to convert /
Conversion rate is) if you access Bonuses section in your account successfully. If your bonus points, for example, are
100, the amount converted to Gift Certificate will be $30.00 [Bonus Points (100) * Conversion Rate (0.3) = $30.00].
- Click "Convert to a Gift Certificate" button at the bottom of Bonuses section.
- You'll be directed to the Gift Certificate page and will be able to check your bonus points. You must check your
e-mail address that is already filled in E-Mail field is correct before the Gift Certificate is created. If your e-mail
address is incorrect, you won't be able to receive Gift Certificate ID that will be used to purchase the products later.
So, it is extremely important to check whether your e-mail address is correct, and enter correct e-mail address if the e-mail
address filled in the field is incorrect.
- You'll receive Gift Certificate ID in your e-mail. You can purchase the products using the Gift Certificate ID.
Follow the directions specified in your e-mail how to buy the products using Gift Certificate ID.
