  • Find the order for the product that you want to return. Once you find the order for return, click order number.
  • You will be directed to the order detail page. Click "Create return" link and you will be directed to "Create return request" form.
• Fill the information into the fields of "Create return request" form.
  • Mark a check to the product that will be returned.
  • Select “Reason for returning”
  • Select “What you would like us to do:”
  • Provide comment if any.
